How Smart Box List handles information.

When you create an account, the app stores the account details needed to provide access. When you use the app, you can add box names and numbers, items, quantities, notes, images, locations, categories, and related storage details. We use this information to show and manage your storage list.

When someone views the signup page while not signed in, Smart Box List records an anonymous page view for aggregate visitor statistics. That record contains the page_path and referrer values supplied by the visit. It is not a signup form and is not intended to identify the visitor by name or email.

A QR label or share link can open a public page for a selected box. Anyone who has that link may be able to see the box information you chose to share, without signing in. Treat QR links like other shareable links and avoid putting sensitive information in a public box record.

Smart Box List relies on service providers for app hosting, account sign-in, storage, payment processing, and other features you request. Those providers may process information needed to deliver their part of the service. Their own privacy notices may apply when their services are involved.

You can explore the demo without creating an account. In an account, use the available app controls to review, update, or delete storage records. Where account-data deletion is supported, use the available settings or support path. You can also stop using shared QR links and contact support through the in-app Help experience.
